KAPRUN APARTMENTS BOOKING CONDITIONS.PHP

The following notes and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between you and the company Alois Nindl, under the brand “we-rent-apartments”. Every customer accepts these conditions for himself and for the persons he has registered with by making a reservation.

1. booking, contractual relations, costs and terms of payment
You can make your booking by phone, in writing or online for one of our vacation properties. You will immediately receive a written confirmation of your reservation. The renter has to pay 50% of the rental amount by bank transfer or credit card within 7 working days after receiving the booking confirmation. The balance is to be paid in cash or by credit card (Mastercard,Visa) on the day of arrival. The contract between tenant and the company Alois Nindl, Haus Katharina is concluded with the transmission of the reservation confirmation. If the reservation confirmation differs from the accommodation description on our website, you acknowledge with your deposit the conclusion of the contract based on the reservation confirmation. If no down payment is made within 7 working days, the company Alois Nindl, Haus Katharina considers the reservation to be invalid. For reservations made less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, the total rental amount must be paid immediately.

2. services and prices
The prices shown are daily prices for the entire vacation property including furniture, the normal energy consumption and commodities. The minimum rental period is usually 7 days. Arrival and departure days are always Saturday, unless otherwise expressly stated in the documents provided. In the price information is explicitly stated which additional services are included and which are not – such as towels, bed linen, final cleaning and local tax. If not, the amounts are indicated separately. These amounts will be invoiced together with the rental price. Not included in the rental price and payable in cash on the spot are additional services requested by the customer, such as additional cleaning, additional bed linen, pets, heating material, etc.

3. service and price changes
The description of the objects and the price calculation have been made with great care. It may happen that there are changes in prices or services. If there are differences between the homepage, offer and the reservation confirmation, the agreements on the reservation confirmation are valid. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, e.g. due to printing and calculation errors. If significant changes in performance occur after the contract has been concluded, you may withdraw from the contract free of charge within five days of receiving notification. Payments already made will be refunded immediately. Prices are expressly subject to change up to 22 days before the start of the rental period for the following reasons: Increase or introduction of duties and taxes on certain services, change of exchange rates after conclusion of the contract. If a price increase is more than 10%, you are entitled to the rights under the preceding paragraph.

4. arrival and departure, shortening or lengthening of the stay.
The tenant is obliged to notify his arrival. Arrival should be between 3 pm and 8 pm at the latest, departure by 10 am at the latest. If you arrive later than 8 pm, you must inform the company Alois Nindl, Haus Katharina or the landlord in time (you will find the addresses and telephone numbers in the reservation confirmation). If you are prevented from taking over the object as agreed due to traffic jams, weather, etc., we will charge the entire rental price. The same applies if you leave the object prematurely. If you would like to extend your stay, please discuss this with the company Alois Nindl, Haus Katharina in good time.

5. withdrawal from the contract by you
The tenant can never withdraw from the lease free of charge. The company Alois Nindl, we-rent-apartments is entitled to charge the following percentage cancellation fees in case of cancellation or rebooking after the conclusion of the travel contract:

* until 2 weeks before arrival date = 50%.
* 2 weeks until the day of arrival = 100%.

The arrival of your message at the booking office is decisive (for Sundays and public holidays, the next working day is decisive). We recommend that you take out travel insurance. The processing fee remains in any case.

6. replacement rental objects and termination of the contract by the company Alois Nindl, House Katharina.
The company Alois Nindl, Haus Katharina is entitled to terminate the rental contract without notice in case of force majeure, war, strike, changed dispositions of the owners or similar compelling reasons. In this case, the advance rental payments will be refunded in full.
The company Alois Nindl, we-rent-apartments reserves the right to cancel a booking within 48 hours without giving reasons.


7. duties of the tenant
When taking over the key, a deposit in the amount of EUR 200.- is to be paid in cash or by credit card. Upon your departure – after deduction of any costs – the deposit will be returned to you. The rental property may only be occupied by the intended number of people (children and babies included). Additional persons may be turned away by us or charged separately on site. The rental object, all facilities as well as electronic and digital media are to be used with care. Consideration should be shown to neighbors, etc. Cleaning of kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery is the responsibility of the tenant (and not included in the final cleaning). If the tenant or co-user causes damage, this must be reported to us immediately. The lessee is liable for any damage caused by him or the co-users. Caused damages, which are not immediately visible, can be complained by Alois Nindl, we-rent-apartments until 7 days after departure. Unless no fault can be proven. The same applies if the apartment cannot be handed over to the new tenants due to any damage caused. Damages can be charged against the deposit.

8. complaints, claims for damages, our liability
In case of complaints please contact directly the landlord or the company Lukas Nindl, we-rent-apartments. The defect must be reported immediately. Later complaints received at the time of departure or after departure will not be accepted. Information and descriptions are given by Alois Nindl, Haus Katharina to the best of his knowledge and belief, but without guarantee of accuracy. We have carefully selected the rental properties we offer.
Should the rental object not be in accordance with the contract, the company Alois Nindl, Haus Katharina will endeavor to provide you with an equivalent replacement object. If this is not possible within a period of time or if you refuse this for objectively important reasons, Alois Nindl, we-rent-apartments will reimburse you for any reduction in value if we are at fault.
We do not assume any liability to the tenant while the tenant is occupying the quarters. Neither the tenant nor his property is insured in any form.

9. internet access
In apartments, which have Internet access, no liability is assumed for the function of the hardware. The company Alois Nindl, Haus Katharina also points out that it is not mandatory to have connecting cables. Connecting cables are provided at a charge.

10. choice of law and place of jurisdiction
The place of performance and jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from the legal relationship between the customer, the agent and the lessor is Zell am See. Prices are subject to change and errors excepted. This legal relationship is exclusively subject to the provisions of Austrian law.
The mediation of the vacation object by us takes place in our name and on account of the owner of the vacation object.
